Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,657 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosomal complex assembly, Establishment of RNA localization, and Nucleic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with MYH3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH3-to-partner and partner-to-MYH3 results are reported.
