MYH15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,418 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR2, KIF13B, and PARP1. Each is linked with MYH15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH15-to-partner and partner-to-MYH15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH15 versus AGR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
