Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,589 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYH15-associated genes across cancer lineages are LPCAT3, RNU6-1160P, and TEX43. Each is linked with MYH15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH15-to-partner and partner-to-MYH15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH15 versus LPCAT3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
