MYH15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH15-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, MEK1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with MYH15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH15-to-partner and partner-to-MYH15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by MYH15-low versus MYH15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
