Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,074 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Extraocular skeletal muscle development, Regulation of cardiac muscle adaptation, and Negative regulation of cardiac muscle adaptation. Each is linked with MYH15 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH15-to-partner and partner-to-MYH15 results are reported.
