MYH14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,278 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD12, CAMSAP3, and WWC1. Each is linked with MYH14 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH14-to-partner and partner-to-MYH14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH14 versus SAMD12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
