Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,338 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYH14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B1, ERBB3, and BCAS1. Each is linked with MYH14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH14-to-partner and partner-to-MYH14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH14 versus ATP8B1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
