MYH14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH14-associated genes across cancer lineages are AR, MSH2, and p53. Each is linked with MYH14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH14-to-partner and partner-to-MYH14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AR grouped by MYH14-low versus MYH14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
