MYH14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,140 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH14-associated genes across cancer lineages are DESI1, PCSK4, and DYNC2LI1. Each is linked with MYH14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH14-to-partner and partner-to-MYH14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DESI1 grouped by MYH14-low versus MYH14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH14→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
