MYH11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,499 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN1, TAGLN, and TPM2. Each is linked with MYH11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH11-to-partner and partner-to-MYH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH11 versus CNN1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
