MYH11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,783 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASQ2, AOC3, and ADH1B. Each is linked with MYH11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH11-to-partner and partner-to-MYH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH11 versus CASQ2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
