MYH11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Caveolin-1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with MYH11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH11-to-partner and partner-to-MYH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by MYH11-low versus MYH11-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
