MYH11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2B1, FLYWCH1, and TAOK2. Each is linked with MYH11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH11-to-partner and partner-to-MYH11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH11 versus SH2B1 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH11→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
