Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYH10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,301 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCARF2, MYL9, and AEBP1. Each is linked with MYH10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH10-to-partner and partner-to-MYH10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYH10 versus SCARF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
