The most reproducible MYH10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Protein-DNA complex assembly, and Regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with MYH10 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH10-to-partner and partner-to-MYH10 results are reported.
