MYH10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYH10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 983 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYH10-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL4, TBC1D12, and OCIAD1. Each is linked with MYH10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYH10-to-partner and partner-to-MYH10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, METTL4 grouped by MYH10-low versus MYH10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYH10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYH10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
