Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYF6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYF6 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MYF6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, LGG, and ESCA are the cancer types where MYF6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
