MYF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,260 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P50, HYKK, and RNA5SP204. Each is linked with MYF5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYF5-to-partner and partner-to-MYF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P50 grouped by MYF5-low versus MYF5-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
