MYF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with MYF5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYF5-to-partner and partner-to-MYF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by MYF5-low versus MYF5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
