Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYEF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,713 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXXC4, PATZ1, and DTWD1. Each is linked with MYEF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYEF2-to-partner and partner-to-MYEF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYEF2 versus CXXC4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
