MYEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, JNK2, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with MYEF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYEF2-to-partner and partner-to-MYEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by MYEF2-low versus MYEF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
