Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gemcitabine, Luminespib, and Entospletinib. Each is linked with MYEF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYEF2-to-partner and partner-to-MYEF2 results are reported.
