Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYDGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,202 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYDGF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D8B, RAB43, and MFN2. Each is linked with MYDGF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYDGF-to-partner and partner-to-MYDGF results are reported.
