Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYDGF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,556 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYDGF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Positive regulation of retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, and Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with MYDGF in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYDGF-to-partner and partner-to-MYDGF results are reported.
