MYD88

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYD88 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,741 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYD88-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SAMD9, STAT2, and MX2. Each is linked with MYD88 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYD88-to-partner and partner-to-MYD88 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYD88 versus SAMD9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYD88→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYD88) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
