Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYD88 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,903 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYD88-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBED2, PLAUR, and ADAM8. Each is linked with MYD88 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYD88-to-partner and partner-to-MYD88 results are reported.
