MYD88

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYD88 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYD88-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORC1, OR1E2, and LIPK. Each is linked with MYD88 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYD88-to-partner and partner-to-MYD88 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MORC1 grouped by MYD88-low versus MYD88-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYD88→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYD88) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
