Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYCT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,108 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYCT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASIP1, VWF, and KANK3. Each is linked with MYCT1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCT1-to-partner and partner-to-MYCT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYCT1 versus RASIP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
