MYCT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYCT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, EGFR, and p21. Each is linked with MYCT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCT1-to-partner and partner-to-MYCT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by MYCT1-low versus MYCT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
