MYCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP6-1, CCT8L2, and OR6C3. Each is linked with MYCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCN-to-partner and partner-to-MYCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP6-1 grouped by MYCN-low versus MYCN-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
