Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYCL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,980 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCL-associated genes across cancer lineages are BET1, NMRK1, and PNPO. Each is linked with MYCL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCL-to-partner and partner-to-MYCL results are reported.
