Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYCL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,450 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Coenzyme A metabolic process, Dentinogenesis, and Copper ion export. Each is linked with MYCL in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCL-to-partner and partner-to-MYCL results are reported.
