MYCBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYCBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,254 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA2D3, PAPLN, and CORO2B. Each is linked with MYCBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-MYCBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CACNA2D3 grouped by MYCBP2-low versus MYCBP2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
