MYCBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYCBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,404 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDXP, ENPP4, and KRTAP7-1. Each is linked with MYCBP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-MYCBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDXP grouped by MYCBP2-low versus MYCBP2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
