MYCBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYCBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,129 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, CTPS1, and PPCS. Each is linked with MYCBP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCBP-to-partner and partner-to-MYCBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYCBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYCBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
