MYC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,542 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOP1, DCAF13, and DDX52. Each is linked with MYC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYC-to-partner and partner-to-MYC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYC versus BOP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
