Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYC protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,082 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MYC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AP3B1, ATN1, and ACTR1A. Each is linked with MYC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYC-to-partner and partner-to-MYC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYC versus AP3B1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
