MYC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYC mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,394 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYC-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRSK1, TRDN, and APC2. Each is linked with MYC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYC-to-partner and partner-to-MYC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRSK1 grouped by MYC-low versus MYC-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
