MYBPH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYBPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,979 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYBPH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLR2, TACC2_S2226, and TBC1D1. Each is linked with MYBPH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYBPH-to-partner and partner-to-MYBPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYBPH versus TLR2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYBPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYBPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
