MYBPC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYBPC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,139 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYBPC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSTPIP1, GMIP, and TNFAIP8L2. Each is linked with MYBPC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYBPC3-to-partner and partner-to-MYBPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYBPC3 versus PSTPIP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYBPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYBPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
