MYBPC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYBPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYBPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRTO4, PSMD9, and ELP5. Each is linked with MYBPC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYBPC3-to-partner and partner-to-MYBPC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRTO4 grouped by MYBPC3-low versus MYBPC3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYBPC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYBPC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
