Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYBPC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 353 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYBPC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KDSR, QARS1, and HACE1. Each is linked with MYBPC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYBPC3-to-partner and partner-to-MYBPC3 results are reported.
