MYBL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,170 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYBL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRM2, SPC24, and KIF2C. Each is linked with MYBL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYBL1-to-partner and partner-to-MYBL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
