Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,190 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYBL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Regulation of mitotic nuclear division, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MYBL1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYBL1-to-partner and partner-to-MYBL1 results are reported.
