Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYADM Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MYADM data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher MYADM Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYADM expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where MYADM Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
