MYADM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYADM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYADM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Cyclin-E1, and GAPDH. Each is linked with MYADM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYADM-to-partner and partner-to-MYADM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by MYADM-low versus MYADM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYADM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYADM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
