Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYADM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,421 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYADM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, Membrane raft organization, and Positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity directed against tumor cell target. Each is linked with MYADM in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYADM-to-partner and partner-to-MYADM results are reported.
