MYADM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MYADM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYADM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM7, CLLU1-AS1, and OR2S2. Each is linked with MYADM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYADM-to-partner and partner-to-MYADM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM7 grouped by MYADM-low versus MYADM-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYADM→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYADM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
