Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYADM-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MYADM-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher MYADM-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYADM-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UCS show a favorable association.

LIHC, CESC, and ACC are the cancer types where MYADM-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
