MXRA7P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MXRA7P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,577 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MXRA7P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MXRA7, CERS6, and RFX7_S1081. Each is linked with MXRA7P1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MXRA7P1-to-partner and partner-to-MXRA7P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MXRA7P1 versus MXRA7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MXRA7P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MXRA7P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
